my kinda smoothie bowl
i can almost taste summer! i get so excited when it is warm...then to my dismay it decides to be cold again...(the rain!?) something that reminds me of summer are delicious acai bowls. to satisfy my craving i've been making these super easy smoothie bowls! the recipe is super simple.
1 cup of frozen fruit + 1 banana + half cup liquid + 2 tbsp yogurt + toppings
mix it in the blender and voila. i love this recipe because it's so easy to change up and make your own. you can switch out the frozen fruit and have a more tropical bowl by mixing frozen mangos and strawberries. liquid can include anything from different juices or milk. i personally love coconut milk!
